Refund Policy

1. Overview

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which Fitverra Motion ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") may issue refunds for purchases made through our website and digital fitness platform. By purchasing any of our Products or Services, you agree to this Refund Policy.

Because our Products consist primarily of digital content, workout plans, downloadable materials, training programs, and subscription-based access, refunds are limited and subject to the terms described below.

2. Digital Product Sales

All sales of digital products are generally final. Due to the nature of digital content, once access has been granted, a product has been delivered and cannot be returned in the same way as a physical item. Therefore, we do not generally offer refunds for:

  • Downloaded workout plans, PDFs, guides, templates, or digital resources
  • Purchased training programs delivered instantly or made accessible through your account
  • 30-day challenges, bundles, or program packs once access has been provided
  • Any product where the customer has received access to the digital materials

3. Subscription Services

If you purchase a subscription-based membership, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not result in a refund for the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

When you cancel a subscription, your access to subscription features will continue through the end of the current paid billing period, after which access may be terminated or downgraded.

4. Exceptions and Eligibility for Refund Review

Although refunds are generally not provided for digital products, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in limited circumstances, including:

  • You were charged more than once for the same product due to a duplicate transaction
  • You were billed in error
  • You did not receive access to the purchased product due to a verified technical issue that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable period of time
  • A subscription renewal occurred after a proven cancellation request submitted before the renewal date

Refund requests that do not fall within the categories above may be denied at our sole discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You no longer wish to use the program or subscription
  • You did not achieve your desired fitness results
  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake but were granted access to it
  • You failed to use the product, complete the program, or cancel a subscription before renewal
  • You were unable to participate due to personal schedule, motivation, preference, or unrelated physical limitations not caused by the product itself

We do not guarantee any specific fitness, weight loss, muscle gain, or performance results, and dissatisfaction based on outcome expectations alone does not qualify for a refund.

6. Requesting a Refund Review

To request a refund review, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of the original transaction date. Your request should include your full name, the email address used for purchase, the date of purchase, the product purchased, and a detailed explanation of the issue.

We may request additional information to verify your identity, confirm the transaction, or investigate the issue. Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the denial of your request.

7. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or third-party payment processors.

If a refund is granted, access to the refunded product or service may be revoked immediately.

8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and revoke access to any purchased Products or Services. We also reserve the right to dispute any chargeback that we believe is improper or fraudulent.

9. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Site or Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Refund Policy.
